Is pneumonia contagious?

My grandma who is 85 has pneumonia and she is in the ICU, I'm always with her in there and now I have flu and fever. could this in any way be pneumonia ?

    It will depend on the organism causing her pneumonia. Each person's susceptibility and vulnerability is different. What causes pneumonia in one person may only cause a cold in another person. Your resistance will also be a factor along with the virulence of the organism.
