What should I do? I put myself on the line and this is what I get :(.?
The other day I asked on here if I should message this guy on FB because he added me and I know he would've had to go through a lot of trouble to find me. So I did and he never responded. All I said was hey, you found me! Now I feel like an idiot because this is the first time I've ever taken the initiative to try to get closer with someone I was interested in. Do you think it was stupid of me to do that? By the way I know I sound like a dumb little kid but the fact of the matter is im in college and am trying to start fresh but this is just setting me back and making me feel so stupid. What if I see him in person again? Wahhhhh...umm I I'm done lol. Thanks guys.

You worry to much, it isn't like you asked him out. I don't check my facebook often, so maybe he hasn't even seen the message.
Who knows, but don't dwell on it, even if it doesn't work out, it isn't like you lost anything.

If you see him in person say "You want to here a riddle?"
He says "yes"
You say "This guy spends hours looking for me on facebook, friended me, I sent him a message and he never responded, what does that mean?"
He is the one who now feels like a jackass,
He will give you some excuse, but my guess is he may have a g/f already and he never thought you would actually talk to him. Now is busted.

I don't see what you're worried about. Leaving a message like that is perfectly normal. Not everyone reads their Facebook every day, especially if they have real important stuff to do. Personally, I'd leave it for a week before expecting a reply.
