Your Internet might be slow not the computer.

I have to agree with the internet person. If that is not the problem, open windows explorer and right clikc -> properties the computer icon. You should get a screen that gives you computer information. It will say 32 or 64 bit OS. If you have a 32 bit, you need at LEAST 4 gig of RAM, and a 64 bit needs at LEAST 8. If you don't have the minimum, contact the retailer (ONLY THEIR WEBSITE) and order some. That is the best way if you have everthing else perfect.

If you want things to load faster like your yahoo mail or YouTube videos then you need a better internet plan. Simple as that. A slower internet will yield slow results in loading online stuff as oppose to a faster internet connection.

I would delete google chrome and install foxfire. Then I would delete internet explorer and then I would delete every piece of software on the computer that I don't use including CCleaner. That should do it
