Can I play Planetside 2 with this RAM?
I want to get Planetside 2 but I'm not sure how it will work on my computer. My graphics card and processor are more than enough to handle it but I have 4GB of RAM (3.87 usable). The game requires a minimum of 4GB.
Is 3.87 good enough? How will it run? Will it be laggy?
Will there be any issues with 3.87GB?

You will be fine. RAM is not the main concern for pc gaming, its the graphics card and processor. It does help to have more RAM than required though, and if you would like to upgrade your RAM its relatively cheap and easy to do. Just go buy some better sticks of RAM and plug them in

You made no point out of your processor, which could o.k. be the reason. I fairly have a sapphire 7950 pictures card, 8 gigs of ram, and a i5 3570k processor and that i play planetside 2 on max settings with 60 fps out in the open international, and 40+ in the vast battles. it would additionally be history initiatives in case you have a ton of source hungry procedures working at the same time as you play, bypass to job supervisor and kill each and all the pointless ones that soak up an incredible form of components earlier enjoying to be sure in case you get any advance.

Yes that's enough and it won't depend on how much ram you have it mainly depends on your processor and video card primarily.

Test it. I'm sure it will no problem, but anyway - you can always drop the resolution or just use lower grpahic setting.

I would get an 8GB RAM before I played it. What if you needed to download something?
