How can I be more motivated to draw?
I love art, I think about it almost nonstop every day. However, I procrastinate a lot when it comes to actually making anything.
I love to talk about art and share my knowledge and read about other's techniques.
I also love researching new materials and styles.
I can't seem to get myself to sit down and make new pieces though.
How can I increase my desire to create new art?
Check out my work here:

I look at other people's art and gasp at how amazing it is. It makes me want to be like them, that's how I sit down and practice.

Join drawing class groups. Or start a meetup group for drawing.
You can also get involved with the yearly 24 hour comic book event, and join up with them on favorite spots to draw.
You can make a portfolio to get a job. Figure out what kinds of jobs you might want and cater your portfolio to that goal.
Finally just get involved with keeping regular appointments with favorite places to draw. Maybe that's the library if you have a favorite section of books to reference from. Or maybe that's the beach or a museum. Do something that you like at least once a week and try to make it into a habit.

I have to be in a certain mood to be able to draw. When I'm in it I'm totally relaxed and listening to my favorite music. I can go up to 4 hours like this none-stop and I usually finish my works within that 4 hours.
