MAIN
Militarism
Alliance system
Imperialism
Nationalism
are generally cited as the main causes of WW1.the "mass politics" and "intellectual change" in your link Are nonsense,- Britain,France,Germany didn't have internal political instability, and there was no great intellectual change in early 20th century Europe, and certainly NO sense of inevitability of any soon to be major war.The link's definition of the MAIN causes is also vague and,on the whole, false.Ignore the link, almost everything in it is wrong in terms of MAIMIN definitions.
