In a word, no. I've never heard of or seen a "first time flyer discount".
When airlines are nickel & diming us for every little thing (baggage, snacks, etc), they're not going to give a discount for something that couldn't be proven or disproven.

No airline I know of does that. American Express will give you 25,000 Skymiles on Delta if you are approved for their credit card. It does carry an annual fee of around $95.

Don't I wish - I would be a first time flyer every flight.
but the option does NOT exist, we can only dream that it would!

Why would you even think such a thing? No, however they will nickel and dime you to death for luggage charges etc. As will all airlines.
