Nose pierced for almost three weeks, can't put stud back in help!?
It fell out when I was sleeping its one of the elbow wrap around studs. tips/ help please!

It most likely closed up when you were sleeping, thats the bad thing about nose piercings ):
I would recommend trying to put it back in with a bit of force, put petroleum jelly on the piercing may help slide its way into your nose, but before doing this use the cleaning solution on your nose to get rid of any bacteria or build up that might have went into the hole when you were sleeping.
I recommend not trying too hard to push it in, seeming as you can damage your cartilage, so the safest way to do this would most likely get it re-pierced at wherever you got it done, maybe request for a different kind of bar.

put vaseline jelly on the hole the 2 sides of the hole and try to push the stud in hard
if it bleed little, its fine
i didthat to my nose, cus while i was sleeping the ring went out, next morning it was closed but fixed it :)

go back to the piercing place, you shouldnt take it out for at least 6 weeks, they may have some advise
