Factory setting for my laptop?
I've reset my laptop 3 times 3 different ways to the manufacturer's setting, and not a damn thing is different (Excuse my language, I'm pissed :P)
I have an hp G62 btw and I don'y have any of the cds for it......

And what is the complete model number and installed operating system of your HP laptop ?
You did not create the operating system recovery disc set you say !
