I wanted to get my pimples gone really quick is there any like natural ways for them to like " poof " or what's the best thing for me to do I have like 4 huge ones and 5 small ones how can I make them leave my face ?

Tea tree oil or witch hazel! They work wonders for shrinking zits overnight.

use toothpaste if you want a quick fix, as it dries up the spot and will make it less noticable.
otherwise tea oil is awesome and i have found that for some reason E45 cream gets rid of spots! :)

toothpaste. wipe down your face, no makeup. put a dap on toothpaste and it will dry out your pimple, start using honey with your face wash. honey is anti bacterial so you shouldnt break out...also add lemon or just use honey, lemon, and baking soda.
