I have lots of pimples on my face and I pic them often ... How can I stop picking them ?

During exams how to stay focus and ace them ?

What can I do after them we can use computers , study and sleep or extra .. What do I do for that ?

My dad is always judging me for basically no reason and always is angry at me when I did nothing .... One time I accidentally bumped into the Christmas tree and made a glass ornament fall and shatter ( which I had to pick up by hand ) he also is always getting to punish me and never my brother ... My mom calls me weird and crazy and terrible at school ... My dad is extremely pushy and terrible .... What's wrong with them ? How can they stop this ??
