Yeah, i would have to also say the Lenovo would be best, the Alien ware may have a SLIGHTLY faster CPU, but the graphics card on the Lenovo should make it WAY worth it, the 660 is a GREAT card, even the mobile, so just by a SLIGHT piece, i would suggest the Lenovo.

There are many options depending on your budget and requirements.
Purely value vs. spec the MSI GX660R looks a fine choice.

You can find these for about 1000-1200 if you shop around,ex demo and
second hand are also options.
For the value and conventionality a laptop can't rival a PC for gaming & you will pick up a PC which has the same specs as a laptop for about 35% of the price, but you have no doubt considered this.
There are certain other considerations to ponder upon before purchasing one.
The price being an obvious factor, also with certain multiplayer games you
aren't able to participate in online games via laptop.
Something else to note are future friendly attributes.Laptops are often limited
by the amount you can upgrade them eg RAM,CPU,video card, etc.
Some manufacturers can offer you a 'future ready' machine
(usually covering technological advances from about 3yrs from your purchase)
this will include new socket designs etc.
Another possibility is to have one built for you. Many PC retailers offer this service.
Let me know if you want more specifics & I will supply details.

If you haven't considered it already i'd recommend making a desktop, because after a few years the laptop becomes dated and you're unable to replace parts without buying a whole laptop again.
My friend bought an alienware laptop a few years ago and it has been useful that he can easily move it around, but a small desktop is also easy to move around. The Alienware he bought has had a few problems over the years and he hasn't been able to do much about them, because it's a laptop. He has recently started to regret buying the laptop.
and i know i'm not answering the question
