Well a God could not possess all-goodness and still exist. However, we could at least say that God has some good if we are basing his goodness off the events that happen on earth.

And if He removed all the evil people then we wouldn't really have a free will. and if he destroyed everyone who didn't want to follow Him then he would not be just.and not truly love all of His creation.and no it was Not his plan it was that mans choice just like you choose not to do such a thin he chose to do so.
