Is the Christian God arrogant?
All the past gods through time had their own names, but were still gods. Christians' god calls himself "Capital G - God". Isn't that egomaniacal and therefore a sin in itself? I think I will change my name to "Human" to distance myself from all the other humans.

Nonexistent would be the phrase I would use.

The Idea of the god of the Hebrews being the only god, or the Big G, was a later installment by the Hebrews.
The commandment "Thou shalt have no other gods before me" shows that Judaism started as a Monolatry. Monolatry - the worship of a single god but without claiming that it is the only god.

The story of the Pharaohs priests in Exodus also supports this. The priests throw down their staves and they turn into snakes, through the power of their gods. Then, Moses does the same and his god turns his staff into a snake and it eats the others. The story wants to get through that The god of the Hebrews is stronger than the gods of the Egyptians, by the snake eating the others. But, it does not imply that the Egyptians had no gods, as a matter of fact it does just the opposite.
Judaism moved away from this Idea after the Hebrews were invaded by, and moved too, Babylon. The idea was that if the Hebrews were not in the land promised to them through Abraham, that Yahweh could not be worshiped and could not protect them since they were in another land (under the rule of foreign gods). But, if Yahweh was The God, then they could continue to worship, and not have to convert.

No this is not any longer the unforgivable sin, you would possibly want to not care what others say about you're beliefs. if you're a christian, and characteristic a own relationship with God then this is you. The holy spirit is you're practise. I really believe that a parson can really have a own relationship with God by Jesus although. I come from buddhists historic past and studied faith and in no way some thing comes close than being linked with Christ.

The reason pride is a sin is because it isn't appropriate for our status in the universe. God, however, is worthy of all praise and honor, and therefore it is completely appropriate for him to have a high opinion of himself.
This makes the incarnation, God taking on flesh as a created being, that much more incredible. And he did not come in pageantry and pomp, but was born next to animals in an unimportant region of an insignificant country to insignificant people. He did this to make clear that God loves everyone, not just the important, the rich, and the powerful.

The "past god" concepts were all of pantheons. Names were required to keep them straight. These god concepts were also of beings that began at a time or from something, even if it be the chaos of the universe. As such they were incomplete and lacking the attributes of eternality and non-contingency required of a truly transcendent first cause - aka God.

Just calling yourself "Human" does nothing since the basic attributes that define you are no different than the rest of us.

Hon, no.
Man is arrogant.
God does not do that.
Men did that.
No where in the Bible does God command you to use the word "God" with a capital letter.
That's an English rule of spelling - capitalize titles when used as names, like "Mother, or Father" when used as the name of someone, vs. "He is my father" or "My mother is tall."
No, mankind does all sorts of arrogant things.
And if he is the ultimate god, then doing so isn't arrogant at all - just accurate.

God being arrogant or not or even being considered an/a Megalomaniac by your definition is your point of view.
Your opinion, God sees a larger picture of what His purpose is and us, that is beyond your ability to comprehend.
You need to accept that,
