would i need to cut my hair to be a security guard?
i want to take a security guard course in miami florida and be an armed security guard ( guards armored trucks and escorts prisoners ect) now i have been on their website but they dont have anything on appearance requirements. i am a guy and i have long hair. it is well kept and i always have it tied up nicely so it looks presentable and it doesnt get in the way. i keep my hair long for personal reasons and would not want to cut it but i need to know if they will require me to do so before taking the course

They'll let you take the course, but you'll never be hired with long hair.
