hey i downloaded a rar file of a game harvest moon when i extracted it there was an iso file when i extracted that iso file then there was a bin file and a folder named psp_game which contained two folders named usrdirand sysdir they contained some other bin files how i can run the game on my pc.i think i should use an emulator if i m correct then can anybody tell me best emulator for psp and can i run it on low specification pc.

You can be in your tablet pc install Android market, then you will download you need these games.I hope i can help u
