PS3 jailbreaking OFW 4.31?

Rogero has released a new CFW, but how do I go about installing it? as I apparently do not need to downgrade to OFC 3.55. any help will be appreciated

You don't need to downgrade to OFW 3.55, but you do have to be running some version of CFW.
If you've got OFW after 3.55, then you need a hardware flasher plus your PS3 needs to have shipped with 3.55 or earlier.

It can be installed over any CFW not OFW. If you don't a CFW you will need to downgrade. To downgrade you will need a lot of soldering experience and some hardware as well as knowing your way around a computer/internet. Check out www.ps3devwiki.com
