"I don't believe it will happen but just out of curiosity" - people that say that either do believe and won't admit it, or they haven't bothered to do any research so they want someone to tell them what to believe.

From what I heard, a planet call Nibiru or Planet X is suppose to hit the earth. Another thing is that there will be polar shifts, which is when both of the poles move around, which will cause major catastrophe and caos. There is more theories, but these are the ones that I have heard about the most.

The world ISN'T supposed to end according to any source. The Mayans said there would be a new golden age, that is all.
