When is the best time to start potty training.?
My daughter is 13 months and loves to play with her potty chair but not sit on it.

The earlier the better because when they are younger they are more reliant on you which means they will tell you every time they are ready to potty. And when they are younger they let you help them which is also better for training. Usually around 15-18 months but at 13 she might just be smart and more mature than normal which is fantastic!

cant be rush,,eventhough the sooner is better... mine girl also like to play with her potty at your's age too.. i even brought 2 difference size n design, still she like to play with it more than using it....
my girl started to pee into it about 2 years old, and starting ppoo into it about 4 years old...
after 3 ,she can sleep without pampers, but still using pampers when need to poo until 4 ...
so, no need to rush, give her time

The best time would be when the child is ready. You see if she shows some signs of readiness. e.g telling you that she is peeing, knows what's dry and what's wet, etc.
