    A = area of paper = (x+4)(8+(50/x)) = 82 + 8x + (200/x)

    dA/dx = 8 - (200/x^2)

    This will be zero when x=5 and 50/x = 10.

    The paper should be 9"x18", with a 9-inch side being the "top."
