Name a fruit that is....?
I would like to know the names of fruits that only the skin is edible. Only the skin and not the inside. Of course the fruits that both skin and the inside are edible is not included. Also, not the fruits that is eaten only on preference... like eating only the skin of apple and throwing the inside. I truly mean that a fruit which ONLY the SKIN is edible.

The Cumquat is one, both parts are edible but the inner part is very sour so most dont eat it.

Preserved lemon is the only one I can think of, after a lemon is preserved you eat the skin and not the inside as it is horribly bitter
