Treating depression naturally?

I have no health insurance, and can't afford to go see a proper doctor for the depression I've been suffering from for quite awhile. I've been trying to treat it naturally with exercise, St. John's Wart, and lots of sunshine and positive thinking. Do you think this will help me overcome this? I just want to feel normal again!

    Click on my avatar for the resouces you need to resovle your depression once and for all. Look at the free version of eFT at emofree.com and apply it according to directions, also read the 'resistance' page ifyou get stuck or hire someone tohelp you out withit. It works well, quickly, so that once resovled , it doesn't come back.

    Meds are not necessary. In fact meds are harm-full. Your body produces all the chemicals you ever need. Medication is a catalyst that triggers these chemicals, does not actually provide the chemicals, so what happens is that you pull the trigger so many times that you mess up your natural chemical reaction process. This mess-up is what leads to chemical drug dependency because your organism will stop triggering the chemicals on it's own. If you think you have a problem try to focus and try to put yourself into situations where you can have positive affects (your body/brain will react accordingly and supply the chemicals you need). Self hypnosis works very well and it's very healthy. I cannot stand all these drug companies that give you these magic pills that they say are harmless. Your body reacts to everything, but your body has been conditioned over thousands of years too accept natural substances (food, water, herbs), so how is it that artificially made substances can be harmless. Your body is a vehicle for observing and moving through life and only 1 is given to you per lifetime, so treat it well. Listen to what it tells you and don't pollute it, because you don't get another one if you mess-up.

    Taking medications is the worse thing for anyone to do, that is experiencing problems like this.

    They will help with one thing, worsen another. Or completely worsen the entire problem.

    Replace the the "c" in medication with a "t".

    Your worries will slowly wash away.

    Try getting yourself into hobbies.

    Art. Exploring. You sound as if you are a bit tired of this world. And don't worry about that, because you're not the only one. I wake up everyday wondering when it will all end. The hate, ego, judgment and corruption of the world. You have to seek love and peace to find true happiness.

    The most difficult answers have extremely simple answers. This is why you must listen to yourself.

    And you have been, which is why you haven't been taking medications.

    You really are doing the right thing, by ridding your depression naturally.

    I think it would be better if you got a homeopath to supervise you with some remedies

    to release the depression. You can go to abchomeopathy and put your case on there.

    The cost is like having a few fast food meals due to the currency differences. She is a good

    homeopath, I have read many of her volunteer cases of past years ( I am studying homeopathy

    after using it for 15 years on family and it cured me of anxiety and allergies)

    Go over to homeopathy and more.com - (ed site) fill out that intake form to see what

    your main remedy is overall- give that info to the homeopath along with when this began,

    and what was going on at that time, That is very important bc remedies are chosen

    often on what started this off- grief, trauma, etc - it takes a entire layer off you of

    emotional upset.

    Be sure that you know physically what is going on? Are you having low energy due to

    allergies, or mono, or vitamin deficiency- bc low energy causes depression- so you

    need to see if the cause is- physical, situational, emotional. Homeopathy looks at

    all of you, and I have seen tons of depressed people get healed with homeopathy.

    For my depression I have used Maca, exercise, painting and activities that are pleasant for me.
