First of all, you are too young to be drinking and you know that. I would also wager that you are aware of the negative effects it has on you physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual development. It is also against the law.
Secondly, if you were of age, it would still be very harmfull to binge drink. Getting drunk is very dangerous for many reasons. It clouds judgement, slows reaction time and can be mood altering.
Thirdly, drinking every day is not any better than binge drinking a few times a year. Drinking alcohol is something that should be done rarely and in moderation, if at all.
All of that being said, for years I drank every night and I now drink about every other night.

The main risk involved with drinking like this (binge drinking) is alcohol poisoning, which can kill you. The second, almost as important thing to consider is the decisions you can find yourself making when you are drunk, such as drinking and driving, unprotected sex, etc.
One question is what are you considering binge drinking? Are you taking shots, stumbling around, blacking out, or otherwise acting the fool? This would not be good for many reasons, but I would assume that since you are responsible enough to only be drinking on rare occasions and you are asking this question that this is not the case.
Always keep this in mind: If your drinking causes problems in your health, work, relationships, school, or other areas of your life, it is time to stop.
**IMPORTANT** If your family has a history of alcoholism or addiction, this question takes on a whole new light and you should stop drinking while you are ahead.

If addiction runs in your family, the 'too bad' goes way up. There are many answers to this question and many frustrations while searching for the answer. There is no answer for a true alcoholic.. We live day by day, not knowing if tomorrow will be the breaking point, yet again.
There is also a high risk of cross addiction....google it if you aren't familiar to the term.
'Smashed" by Koren Zailckas is by far the best book I've read about binge drinking versus alcoholism. It mostly deals with how woman are effected by binge drinking.....but you'll also be more the wiser.
Your health risks are great. Why? They may not be now, but if you get comfortable with that lifestyle, it will be hard to part from it.

Binge drinking is the most dangerous not only for the risk of damages but, on a cellular level, it increases compulsive drinking which may lead into addiction.
A non-emotional drinker who can have a few beers everyday is performing a more healthful behavior over a person who drinks large amounts at one time on occasion.

If by binge drinking, you mean that you get drunk once every five months or so, no, that's honestly not really bad, and if you're young, it's relatively common. Now, if you're drinking a lot on a daily basis and you can't stop once you start, then you might have a problem. Just be safe.

Alcohols is bad in so many ways, it's mind boggelllling to say the least. But I doubt you'll believe me becase anyone who drinks will always tell you that a glass of wine with dinner is good for you as it aids in digestion. But I really dont believe that my shrine needs any help with this oh so naturall process. Unless of course you wish to digest dinner back out of your mouth, then I would suggest to drink till you drop. And make sure you dont' have to work the next day.DRINKING IS BAD! Live life to remember not to forget!
