How can I cover up some exposed wires with plaster?

I was stripping wallpaper when I found some flaky plaster at the corner of the bath. I took it off to find some wiring there was no plaster board there either. I looked down the inside of the bath and it was the same the whole way down, it looks as though the plaster had just covered some wooden boards. I have some polyfiller so I need to cover the boards before I can apply it.

Update:

On closer inspection it looks like the plaster had only been applied up to the edge of the bath.

Is it an old house. The older houses had lath and plaster interior walls. Strips of board about 1/4" by 1 1/2" were nailed to the joists and then plaster was spread over them. To replaster use some thin set that has enough drying time for you to finish the work. Mist a bit of water onto the boards before plastering. Do not saturate.

your question is hard to understand. I would suggest re-writing it and provide some pictures

It sounds like there is a wire in the corner of the wall. If so, just take a razor knife, cut out a 45 degree section of the corner, stuff the wire in it and plaster over it. Dont worry about whats below the tub. Just make sure its caulked to the surround properly if its attached to the wall
