Yes you can take both of these together.

Panadeine Forte (acetaminophen and codeine) and Tramadol are in TOTALLY different families of pain relievers.

The hospital would not have given you these two tablets unless they were safe to take together.

Take the Panadeine Forte at a max of 2 tablets only every 4 to 6 hours. Taking no more than 8 tablets in a 24 hour period.

Tramadol, if they are 50mg tablets, you can take 1 to 2 capsules every 6 hours. A max of 8 capsules a day.

You can take both these medications together. But do NOT drink or drive as these have side effects such as sedation.

You are no longer taking almost a deadly day-to-day dose. Some men and women can safely wean themselves off discomfort meds, simply decrease the dose regularly to preclude withdrawal symptoms. It's not as convenient because it sounds although. See if you can do it, reduce out one every day tablet each week so the first week you are taking 5 tablets a day, next week 4 pills a day and so on. Get down to 1 and then take a 1/2 capsule on a daily basis for a week until you discontinue altogether. Should you can't do it on my own you can just ought to talk to your surgeon and get some help. It is so, so major that you just get off of all of this before getting pregnant. Trust me, you are no longer going to shock your medical professional, that is extra normal than you know. There is also on the whole a period of time you ought to be clean before getting pregnant. I'm worried about the notion of you getting pregnant while still taking any of these things even these you consider are "child safe". Too normally the doctors have suggestion a treatment was trustworthy to take for the period of being pregnant and then many years later they find it wasn't. Case in point: the DES infants. My mom used to be among the many gigantic number of females who used to be given DES to prevent miscarriage and as a result I had cervical melanoma that used to be not detected unless it was really evolved considering it is not a cancer detected on pap exams. When I used to be pregnant with my first son I used to be instructed it could be high-quality to take tetracycline for a sinus infection and my son's baby teeth have been yellowed, his elbow has a deformity and his fingers are formed oddly. And all when you consider that of the tetracycline I took . I think fortunate given that his arms usually are not significantly deformed however they could so easliy had been. .After my first being pregnant i wouldn't even take a tylenol when I used to be pregnant. They have been already beginning to suspect tetracycline impacts the enamel and bone development in the fetus so I knew that had been the intent of his drawback,. If i'd been pregnant a 12 months later I under no circumstances would have taken the antibiotic. Please don't take any possibilities, it can be simply now not valued at it.

Only a trained professional can accurately and safely answer your question! I will say a prayer that you make it through this night with minimal pain or worry. In the mean time call a cvs or walgreens with a 24 hour pharmacy, and ask the pharmacist

You cannot take pain relievers from the same family of acetiminophen. Contact your doctor or a pharmacist.
