I can't get over this crush...?
For the longest time I've really liked this guy. I would consider him one of my best friends. We spend a lot of time together and talk about almost everything. I'm pretty sure he's gay but I liked him before I actually found that out. After that, I realised that I genuinely had strong feelings for him. We always say we love each other but there are obvious boundaries that won't be crossed. It's really making me upset that I feel like I can tell him everything but I'm too afraid to tell him how I really feel. I'm afraid that I'll lose him as a friend or that we won't be as comfortable with each other if the information is out there. I really feel like I love him and I don't know what to do. Any help?

Finding a new crush usually always gets me over other crushes, I find it's the only way to go. But this seems like a really important relationship between you two, if the feelings are that strong tell him (in person). Even if he is gay. It's not hard to fall in love with one of your best friends. And if you talk about everything already it should make things even easier. And if he really is your best friend and cares for you I know he will understand and things will be the same or even better. You got this girl (;

In my mass of experience in this type of situation, just tell him.
This is always the best decision in these situations because your feelings will just get stronger and more painful if you hold back, you will get depressed. If you tell him the worst that can happen is that he refuses you and you know that you can move on (resulting in days/ weeks of heartache rather than months/years of emotional pain and eventual depression)

So you don't know for sure? Um... just confess your feelings to him? Yeah, it's a little scary but that's part of the fun. If you get rejected, it'll hurt and things might be awkward, but if they're really a friend, they'll get over it eventually.
