Triggerfish missing eye?
My parameters are perfect and I don't know why he is missing an eye. He was eating fine and he isn't sick at all I have about 35 hermit crabs and I think maybe that was it next question is is he going to be okay? Only other fish is a maroon clown

I have to assume something in your tank ate his eye.
probably he was trying to eat a crab and it poked out his eye.
And no, he won't be "ok", he's missing an eye...
