I have a neighbor across the street who is a total b****. We rent and from the time we moved in she calls our landlord and code enforcement for everything. From us "harboring" immigrants to how many trash cans we can have, to us parking in our driveway. Apparently we can have only 2 cars in our driveway at a time with 1 in the garage( code enforcement told us) so Georgia state law( Cobb county) tells us we can park as many in the street as log as we are not blocking her driveway and we are facing traffic flow. This makes her really mad but she can't do anything. When she came over she told us to move our car, we said no and to get off our property, she said she doesn't have to because it's not "ours"(because we are renters. Is there any form or letter I can mail her saying that it's our property to kick people off of?

I started working out again and don't really have a clue on what to do each day. I know to split the body part workouts out but I would love some guidance like a strict plan so I can go by it. I take muscle milk and creatine as well and do 30-45 min cardio.

Any workout routines would you suggest to a newbie in the gum( a bigger guy)

I quit my old job because it was too easy and was boring and tedious. Now I found a job at ups for the holidays and it's a pretty cool job. I mean your really working when delivering packages. A good workout walking/ running 3+ miles. But now it seems that I just hate working. Idk why I just dislike it. Will this feeling change? I'm not going to quit but i want to want to work.

I recently started dating a girl and text her often. She's different from other girls and is harder to read. I have an upcoming date and am losing interest in her. I at first wanted a whole relationship thing and try to treat her really nice. but she likes keeping things simple and I'm ok with that. i thought up a lot of unique fun things to do but she doesn't want to. I don't want to be cheesy, i want to do fun things that i haven't done before. I always strike up the conversation too. idk why but otherwise she doesn't text me. She's never short with me so idk whats up with that.

Should i cut things off?

I want to take this girl to a jay z concert at christmas and seats are from 250 each to 475 each.

The ones that are 250 are front center and are row s(19 back from stage) and i think those are good. are they too far away from stage. the ones that are 475 are row h(8 from stage) but id rather save money. even though i am shedding out 500$ at least for tickets.

My tao tao only has 5000 km on it and as I was riding down a hill it just shut off. It won't start when I try to start it. It will try then fail. I just got it repaired too. Brand new carb, new ignition, new oil change, new spark plug, everything is perfect. Then just this.

It has gas in it(thought that was the prob)

I work at a retail place and called out on Sunday and Monday and my friend texted me on Sunday saying I had a no call no show. I am already on a 6 month corrective action for a ncns. But I did call out and the manager failed to relay the message. Then I called out on Monday.(sickness) and Wednesday is my last day and I don't want to deal with disputing a ncns on my last day and and probably never coming back to this job

Today my friend was with his sister. He wanted to go to the store in separate vehicles but she wanted to carpool. So she got on the car and he started backing up. Then he practically guns it and she falls off right in front of her house(probably not going over 25mph) she falls and hits her head. Then she died later at the hospital. He's in for questioning right now.

What do you think will happen? Will he serve jail time? He has an orientation at target this week so I'm concerned.

I know they have Call of Duty: Black Ops Declassified, Resistance: Burning Skies and Oddworld(if you count that) but we ( the vita community ) need more first person shooters. The reason why the vita is outselling the wii u in japan is because of their "monster hunter" type games and the price cut. Out here in the states we are "HUGE" on first person shooters. But big named companies do not see the potential that the PS Vita has.

The vita does need a price cut but it would push more units if there were more first person shooters. Indie games are alright, occasional good ones, but a 250$ system shouldn't rely on that.

I have a vast selection of ps vita games and and debating on getting hotline miami or Thomas was alone. Idk what one to get.

I own a ps3, a ps vita, and a wii u. I will be picking up one or the other. I know the ps4 is mandatory remote play with the vita but that doesnt matter to me. I love playstation exclusives (god of war, lbp, killzone. infamous, etc) but I love halo and dead rising. Price doesnt matter and since the drm restrictions were lifted idk which one to get. Im leaning on the xbox one but i dont want to buy it if its going to die off( sorry microsoft)

I want a colored or white vita but don't want a refurbed one. I live in the us and am thinking about buying a Japanese vita. But I don't want to have to buy games off the the Japan store. I know it's region free but I don't know all what that means.

1.) if I buy a Japanese vita can I make it a us vita(sounded better in my head)

2.) would I be able to access the us psn store

3.)is there any downfall of doing this.

I plan on this diet. It's 1000 calories a day.(no criticism) and I party every Saturday. I usually down bombay and lemonade. It's really fattening 1590 calories for a two liter of the mix. I still wana drink and diet so that's 8590 calories a week(I'm about 250 now and 6'0)

I told my friend that it should be "we need more bell peppers" or "we need a bell pepper" but he insists that I'm wrong and used parsley as a counter argument but I'm pretty sure that parsley plural is parsley

Like handheld videogames

Today I just upgraded my 65 gallon to 100 gallon tank. I thought It would be easier to move fish water was drained most of them so I waited until it was, took my goby and clownfish out and he is missing. All the sand is moved into my new tank and he is gone . Is he dead under the sand? Will he pollute my tank if so? If he's not dead will he emerge from the sand? Should I dig for his body?

My parameters are perfect and I don't know why he is missing an eye. He was eating fine and he isn't sick at all I have about 35 hermit crabs and I think maybe that was it next question is is he going to be okay? Only other fish is a maroon clown

My 65 gallon tank appears to have ich inhibited on my engineer gobies I've just overcame nitrite spikes Nd the parameters are perfect, I don't have any anemones because they died from nitrite and other reasons, I am hoping to add more but first I want to wait and also treat this ich! Are there any reef friendly treatments?

I have a 65 gallon tank with:

1x maroon clown

2x engineer gobies

30x mini hermit crabs

4x Mexican turbo snails

1x flame angel

Here is what I want to add:

3x cardinalfish(banngai whatever it's called)

3x purple firefish

1x Maroon clown

Possibly a second pair of clownfish which I 100% have success with.

I have 1500gph power heads,

600gph filtration moving to a sump

15lb live rock getting more .

Lighting

And reef lighting. (Adding anemones)(I'm good with anemones and am knowledgable at taking care of them)

My question is: will this stocking list be good?
