I have had allergies since i was 10 now going on 30. For me over the counter Zyrtec helps a lot. but recentally i have had sinus problems upon going to the Allergy doctor they have perscribed me a steroid nasal spray and soon to begin allergy shots. A quick fix for sinus congestion is drink some plain black coffee. the caffine will help unrestrict your nasal passage ways a bit. If you use over the counter nasal sprays make sure you dont use them longer than 3-5 days at a time because your nose will eventually adapt to the medicine and it will begin to do the opposite effect and make stuffieness even worse or could make your nose runny. But like all medical things i would say to consult a doctor on this. They will always know the right answer.

It can be on the whole allergic reactions. A pandemic wouldn't final for nearly 2 months!! If you are consuming any dairy, the little one may be getting it by way of your milk. Do away with all dairy out of your eating regimen--including "hidden dairy", whatever with an ingredient like casein, whey, or some thing with a "lact" in it--for a minimum of 2 weeks to grasp if this is the drawback. A new child is probably too young to have inhalation allergy symptoms. And, by the way, even higher than saline is your milk. Squirt just a few drops up her nostril. It has the same mineral steadiness as saline resolution, however it's also antiviral and antibacterial.

It should be fine, but talk to your doctor before taking any medications. They could interact with the meds used during your surgery and cause problems.
