What am I if my brother proposes, and his wife has kids?
Ok so my brother proposed to his girlfriend, but she has kids. So now, would they be my nieces ad nephews? Btw its so weird because they're my age!

Yes they would. A nephew is a son of one's sibling or half-sibling, and a niece is a daughter of one's sibling or half-sibling. Sons and daughters of siblings-in-law are also informally referred to as nephews and nieces respectively, even though there is no blood relation.
If your brother was a step-brother then they would be step-niece and step-nephew.

Well a new born baby can be an uncle or aunt to a 30 year old guy. I would say that you would be probably just considered as an in-law :)
