I think this is sexist because the parents bore both the son and daughter. Even if the daughter changes her last name to her husband (I think this is sexist and women should be allowed to keep their last name too).

If she is married and kept her last name? Also, why does the wife almost always changes her last name to her husband's as if he owns her now or something?
