can it be harmful to drink Serum Electrolites?
The hot weather is gone but I keep on drinking it for my cramps, it comes in powder form mix with a liter of water, one Dr says drinking when it isn't hot and your not sweating can be harmful to liver and kidneys. How true is this statement?
