cara matiin sinkronisasi gimana sih?

gara2 ada sinkronisasi segala,koneksi inet jadi terhambat nih .. plis bantu yaaa .. :)

Saya pake Galaxy mini, mungkin caranya sama
Masuk ke setting/pengaturan → pilih "Account and Sync" → uncheck/hilangkan centang pada "Auto sync"
