Sprained foot and cant rotate my foot?
I twisted my ankle 5 days ago and there is little pain to walk on it but i still cannot rotate my foot without a cracking feeling and sharp pain. I went to the doctor and they said to stay off of it for a few days but i am worried becasue I still cannot rotate it. Is there anything i can do or do you think there is more damage to my foot possibly a torn ligament or something. There is minimal swelling and no bruising but I do have two bumps on my foot it is kind of weird but does not hurt if you touch it

Sprained means a torn ligament, probably partially but that isn't something to worry about. If it still is like this in a week and a half go back to the doctor.

You might want to go to another Doctor, get an X-ray so he can SEE what's really wrong to deal with it correctly. A cracking feeling might be the bone has chips & need to be set steady with a cast & given crutches. You should really stay off that foot, please go to another Dr.
