what is about the vimy ridge?

A place in France which was a strategic landmark in WWII, it also demonstrated and showed a sense of Canadian Identity, because I believe it was an all Canadian army fighting in that battle, and somewhere along the line there was a man name General Arthur Currie whom was the 1st Canadian General or so to lead this battle.

Currie had mock plans and such, the victory gave a rise in moral in the Triple Entente side(England,France,Canada, I don't think American cause they haven't joined the war at this point yet).
