How to cover up tack holes in walls?
I used to be crazy about hanging stuff on my walls and now they are full of tack holes! My walls are painted a greenish color so I can't just plaster over the holes. I just want to fill in the holes so they go away but I don't want huge white spots on my walls.
If that made any sense thanks! And I'll answer any of your Q's too!

Unfortunately I can't think of a different solution to patching the holes. I would use drywall putty over the holes, sand them down flush with the wall, and then if you have the paint (or go to any paint place and ask them to match your wall color), paint over the white patches.
Who knows, might spark a painting frenzy for you or something LOL
PS. If the holes are literally nail/tack holes, some paint may be enough to fill in the hole, bigger holes though, I'd patch those

If the wall is white, you need to use some stuff we found at residence Depot. It is a fast - and - handy spackling kid which doesn't require sanding or something. In case your wall is an additional colour you can also ought to paint over it, although. It takes about two seconds to fill a gap - good stuff.

Well, I know that for white walls white tooth paste did the trick! Maybe you could blend a little green paint with the toothpaste until its the exact color of your wall. It worked for me! My bedrooms a light blue :) good luck!
