Basing it on Sun signs, Aquarius' best match is their opposite, which is Leo.
You've to look at other placements, especially Rising, Moon, Mars, Mercury and Venus, in your chart though if you want to find out who your OWN best match would be.
One of my friends is Aquarius, him and I (Leo) get on so well and we make each other laugh, talk about anything with each other, understand each other very well, people usually tell me that him and I would make a perfect couple. He has a girlfriend though, and I love them together. She's a Sagittarius by the way.
