I'm on a birth control pill where I can have 3 to 4 periods a year. My last period was last month, so I'm not due for another one until October. However, I went to my annual physical a week ago and my doctor said that she saw a tiny drop of menstral blood in my urine. And I was like, "wait, but I just had a period last month?" She then dismissed it as possible dehydradation. However, now today, my whole body feels like I'm having a period. I'm stiff, sore and cramping everywhere. Ironically thats my only symptom. I know I haven't missed a pill. But is it possible to have a period without blood?

I wanna know why. Is there a biological reason? Are they really happy creatures? I can't find a definate answer, can someone please tell me why they always smile?
