Is there a movie making program (for mac) that dosen't eat up space on your hard drive?
I have Imovie and I making this massive project that requires imported footage, however whenever I import stuff it eats up way too much space. I'm down to my last 7 GB on my computer. I heard Final Cut Pro isn't much better. But is there something that is for mac but isn't too expensive to afford?

To reduce the space used by a movie, get smaller movies. There is nothing about the app that causes this. It is the movie file itself.
