Can you be a feminist and like Burlesque dancing at the same time?

I find it more artistic than most people see it. Its sexy, yes but not in a stripper like way because thats offensive. I'm a femnist and I wasn't sure if it makes me look bad for liking it.

    You can like what you want.

    You are a unique individual , not just a feminist.

    Why should people have to fit under a certain category? We are all unique.

    And I agree, it is sophisticated in a way, not cheap and trashy. It is art.

    You have the definition of feminism wrong. Feminism is all about CHOICE. So if dancing makes you happy and feels good to be a woman then do it!
