Why do I get sick so often?

I get sick with a cold, ear infections, or the flu at least once a month, it's rare when i have three weeks of healthiness. It's been like this for about two years, I am really sick of it and want to try to get over it.

I workout pretty normally, I mean I could do better.

My diet is good, I don't have junk food at home so I rarely get it. I hate soda.

I need tips, I like to wear just a tank top and shorts, but should I start wearing warmer clothes. I despise socks, but do you think they could help?

Update:

I take vitamins.

Your immune system could just be naturally not that strong. Even though you eat quite healthy as you say, you still may be lacking in certain daily vitamins. Try taking a multivitamin every day, that may improve your health a bit :) Good luck.

You may just have a bad immune system which could be helped by taking different vitamins though you will have to see a doctor about other methods on strengthening the immune system and which vitamins you may need to take

So overall going to the doctors will be the best as they can pinpoint what's causing this accurately rarther that having suggestions thrown at you

Are you in school or do you work? If you work, what kind of work do you do? When my daughter worked in a daycare she was sick a lot. Now that she works with older folks, she is never sick. Use the hand sanitizers whenever you go out and touch a shopping cart. I keep one in my purse and in my car too. Wash your hands a lot.
