Why do I get sick so often?
I get sick with a cold, ear infections, or the flu at least once a month, it's rare when i have three weeks of healthiness. It's been like this for about two years, I am really sick of it and want to try to get over it.
I workout pretty normally, I mean I could do better.
My diet is good, I don't have junk food at home so I rarely get it. I hate soda.
I need tips, I like to wear just a tank top and shorts, but should I start wearing warmer clothes. I despise socks, but do you think they could help?
