Because he plays in a 4-3 defense and people vote a lot based on stats, almost any 3-4 OLB will have better numbers, and thus it is hard to get selected unless you pick off 10 or so passes.

I think it would be more fair to change the voting system, but this is not the only issue, as of now the 3-4 D-linemen are being cheated too. I think they might need to change the voting to different categories. I would suggest. 1 Nose-Tackle (3-4NT), 3 Run-Stuffers (4-3DT and 3-4DE), 4 Pass Rushers (4-3DE and 3-4OLB) and 5 Linebackers (4-3OLB and ILB's). This would make the stats more fair to compare. And teams would not end up being forced to play 3-4OLB's in coverage, they would count as linemen for the pro-bowl.
