Can someone please help with my daughter's laptop?
We got her an HP laptop and we are having trouble turning on the webcam. It's a CyberLink YouCam. We would greatly appreciate some help with this problem. We have been trying all day to get this up and running for her. Is there someone on here that can help us?

Type CyberLink Youcam in the start menu and see if it shows you,or uninstall it and go to this link

and try reinstalling your driver.

The link it good for the software to run the web cam manually from your HP Hopefully you are running Windows 7.
Is it a new laptop if so then there is no reason to check to see if there is a driver installed. Also the program should be there. What model HP do you have.
To check go to Device Manager and see if the web cam is there o.k
Are you trying to run it from the p.c or running it from an IM app such as Skype.
