We got her an HP laptop and we are having trouble turning on the webcam. It's a CyberLink YouCam. We would greatly appreciate some help with this problem. We have been trying all day to get this up and running for her. Is there someone on here that can help us?

Had a new battery put in in late October. Periodically the battery light comes on, but only when the gas pedal is not pushed. Had battery checked it's in all working order. Car is running fine, meter also says that the alternator is putting out low voltage. Besides the alternator going is there anything else that could be causing this to happen? Fuse? Regulator? Or possibly any other issues that anyone on here could think of? Would like to go the inexpensive route before paying $200.00 and changing an alternator that does not need changed. I only have a very narrow amount of time to get this done (by Sunday the 16th). Any help would be appreciated.

The left turn signal has stopped working. The right one works fine. Without looking at it we were told it would be around $350.00 for a new turn signal switch to repair it. !!WOW!! Does anyone happen to know of a less expensive area to start looking at to fix it? My husband would appreciate any help that is offered.

We have just recently started having a problem with our computer and printer. The printer works fine if we just want to make copies of things. For some reason however if we want to print something off the internet or if we make greeting cards it won't print. It does not show ANY error messages that something is wrong or not connected. Also the PC tells us that the ink cartridges are very low, but according to the printer they are BRAND NEW. Is there anyone on here that knows how to fix this problem and willing to help us out? We appreciate all of your help with this matter.

For some reason the font size got changed on my computer to large font. Does anyone on here know how to change it back? We have been working on it for about an hour and can't figure it out. Can someone please explain how to change it back? Someone please help me!!

We have a VCR/DVD player, and the VCR side has died. My question is... How can I get a tape out of it without breaking the tape? We really don't want to take it into the shop for repair, because we plan on buying a new one anyway. We would greatly appreciate your help. We have a 2004 Pontiac Aztec. We have had it for 6 years, and now we are having some problems with something. Just about a week ago the CD player stopped working.

I am wondering if anyone on here can help me to relocate my contact list for my email? I know that I have between 60 to 75 email addresses in my contact list. For some reason it is now telling me that I have no contacts on file. Is there some way to restore them back to my contact list. I DO NOT have them written down anywhere. For the first time in 20 years of living in the same house we have got some poison ivy plants growing in our yard. I am wondering if anyone on here has gotten rid of the poison ivy plant from their own yard? We would like to kill it so that it doesn't grow back in the future. When is the best time to deal with poison ivy? I was told that even in the fall when the leaves are dried up that the oil is still active. Is this REALLY true? Please tell me step by step how to get rid of it so that we don't get the rash that goes with touching the leaves. Thank you for your help!

Alright we bought a 32gb iPod on June 21. She has been playing with it quite regularly. Just a few minutes ago a blueish screen popped up in the middle of the screen and it is locked. We have tried to contact Apple to talk to them, but they are closed until morning. I am just wondering if anyone can help us out with this problem? I am hoping that there is someone on here that can help me figure this out quickly. Just wondering if there is a reset button or something easy. Thank you for your help on this!

We currently have phone service and internet in our home thru Centurylink. We have tried to obtain service with other suppliers but some how Centurylink is grandfathered in and will not let anyone in for local service, long distance and internet can be changed, but would like to keep everything under one roof. received a memo from Vonage they work thru the internet and can cover local & long distance. Anyone have any word on the pros and cons of Vonage? Just want to save $$$$!

we have metal table caddies at work for mustard , ketchup and such. the little ball legs are leaving serious marks on the table tops. any one know if they make something to put over the feet to stop the marking?

Since it is now warmer we are seeing a couple of different spiders in our house. I am wondering if someone could help me out and tell me what they are and if they are poisonous or not? They are both black, but one has a white line on it's back and one has a red line on it's back. They are in between a nickle and a dime in size. If anyone knows of a web site that has pictures of different kinds of spiders that would be very helpful. Also if you know of something that we can spray or put out in the house to get rid of them would be greatly appreciated too. Thanks to all of you in advance for your help.

My Mom has a 1998 Mercury GR Marquis, I went out this morning to turn the ignition on to check the amount of fuel. I did not turn the car completely on just to battery. Then 1 hour later my Mom went out to start the car and the key won't turn at all. Is there a simple fix for this? Like maybe a safety reset or something? We need some help with this, and the people on here have really helped us out with things before. PLEASE HELP!

We are not sure what they are called. They are like 10 feet square. You lay them down on the ground and fill them with the leaves and drag them to where you want to dump it out. They are like a huge tarp but is a huge bag. Can anyone help out with this?

At times the camera works great then out of the blue when you press the button it will not take a picture. It might need to be pushed 15 to 20 times before it takes a picture. We checked the batteries, even changed them. It happens with or without flash. We usually give up and leave it set several days. When we pick it back up it works fine, then starts acting up again. Is it shot? Can it be fixed? Is it an expensive fix? Help! We love taking pictures!
