02 are cr*p! Three are good, depends where you live if I'm honest with you. You may've heard Orange & T-Mobile have mergerd to make EE, this will benefit you with not only one, but 9 differen't networks (GPRS,EDGE,3G,HSDPA,4G) meaning you'll always stay in touch. Hope this helps

Used to have a poor reputation but I've been on it for a couple of years now and it's been fine. Their unlimited broadband is great - £15 per month with an HTC Desire C on 2 year contract. Just a few bad reception areas but nothing worth worrying about unless you live in one!
