How is Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 viewed in Russia?

The reason I ask is because I've heard rumours it's banned in Russia where elsewhere I've heard the controversial level "No Russian" was removed before the games release. Now besides Japan Who made one of the most hilarious typo's in gaming history (I say hilarious because it was an honest mistake) I would figure the only other country who's opinion should count are the ones who it's related to. Do Russians find the level offensive, Do they like the game or Do they like everyone else I've spoken to not take it too much to heart as it is a game?

Update:

In all honesty Kobe when you say it like that it sounds like a joke as I think we all know that is never going to happen and also for mysterious reasons I don't believe America was quite so offended by ANY of the GTA games which actually had a much more accurate (albeit massively overstated & stereotyped) depiction of what happens in life more than Call of Duty does.

My mate is Russian, he doesn't mind Modern Warfare 2 at all. But that's one person compared too the whole country, I would imagine they don't mind as its just a video game, but yes it does paint a bad image in the mind of the public.
