    Sandwiches can be healthy:

Meat/or chicken/or turkey/or fish; with lettuce and sliced tomatoes.

Put the tomatoes in a plastic bag or container with a top to keep the bread from getting wet.

You can also wrap the sandwich content in a lettuce leaf. Delicious.

Wide mouth thermoses for hot soups or stews. Also for salads.

Granola bars are good for lunch too.

Canned salmon, or tuna, or kippers, or sardines are healthy and good for lunches. I like to mix mayo into canned salmon or canned tuna.

Had India would not been open to Abrahaimic faiths it would have stay non violent overlook this communicate board i'm speaking in a broader attitude. in simple terms my way is a gate bypass to heaven relax all are satanic is the biggest subject ,the place as correctness of religion lies in it,s capacity of tolerance in the direction of different,s ideals which regrettably Abrahamic faith lacks because of the biggest fault in there trouble-unfastened teachings. develop up.Spirituality or getting oneness with God would not desires any orthodoxy. No offense on the grounds which you're a mature consumer, i presume .:)
