23 weeks pregnant indigestion?
I ate a big meal earlier and I over ate. I am now throwing up, cant poop, having heart burn and gas and a dull stomach pain and keep feeling nausea and pressure in my chest. This is miserable is this indigestion or some kind of stomach virus?

This is def. NOT indigestion. Maybe the stomach pains are, but throwing up and nausea/pressure in chest/heartburn aren't indigestion. Heartburn/pressure in chest is probably due to acid reflux......
