what is better a ipad or a ipad mini?

It totally depends on what you will use your iPad for.

iPad mini is for people who travel, but don't mind is the screen looks bad, and if the iPad mini has a 2 year old processor.

iPad 4 is for people who want the great display, the crazy awesome processing speeds, and don't mind the bigger size.

Depends on your criteria on what a good tablet is. If you need a tablet thats cheap, the iPad Mini is better. If you want a big screen, the iPad is better. You decide whats best for you. For me though, I feel like the iPad is better, because I've had it longer, so I know all of the features.

The Ipad has a better screen resolution, while the Ipad mini is lighter and more compact making it easier to carry.

if u mean ipad 1 then obvs ipad mini its newer but if u mean ipad 4 then ipad 4 cuz has retina display and is much much faster

an ipad is better... Bcoz it has more functions than mini... But mini is very useful for portable use...

Consider using an android tablet, it's normally better. But if you really want an apple tablet, I suggest the Ipad4
